Here we have a Mercury DTS 250xl with only 283 hours on it, this engine was partially submerged in fresh water, 
the insurance company had it drained and pickled and then put a complete brand new engine on the boat,The engine cranks right over fine and has compresison of 140-180 psi in all cylinders after sitting for a few months and being cold.

This engine is totally complete but is WITHOUT the prop.
