4.3L Vortec Marine Engine, 1996-2007 - Remanufactured - MerCruiser, Volvo Penta
This motor has been professionally remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM marine engine stock specifications. It is a standard rotation GM base marine engine and a direct replacement for the 1996-2015 4.3L MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, etc. The oil pan is NOT included. This engine will also work in pre-1996 applications with an updated 8-bolt intake manifold and electric fuel pump.
4.3L Marine Engine Comes Equipped with:
4.3L engine block
4.3L Vortec cylinder heads
Includes circulation pump & harmonic balancer
Roller cam and roller lifters
Corrosion-resistant black urethane paint
All internal parts for the engine
The oil pan is NOT included
Rated at 226 HP at 4800 RPM (actual power levels may vary depending on OEM calibration and application)
