We are not responsible for the loss of goods by EMS,FedEx or DHL. To avoid inconvenience in such cases, we strongly recommend insuring your shipment. To do so, please inform us. EMS, DHL insurance price policies are very different - for large quantities and high price items, we will send low value to avoid taxes and duties in their respective countries
For items shipped UPS, insurance is included in the shipping cost.
In case of loss of insured cargo, our company compensates the loss within 3 working days from the time the loss is confirmed by the shipping company.
In the event of uninsured cargo loss (EMS, Indonesia Post), the customer must deal directly with the shipping company.
